The Music Academy course: admission open

Admissions are open for the one-year course - Advanced Diploma in Carnatic Music (Vocal) - conducted by The Music Academy.
Duration: 3 years with 2 semesters every year, From mid July to November end and from mid-January to June end
Classes are held from Monday thru Friday - 8 am – 12:30 pm
Eligibility : Applicants should have minimum educational qualification of +2 (successfully completed)
Age: 18 to 35 years
Applicants should be able to sing varnams and kritis with knowledge of Manodharma Sangita.
Applicants should send their bio-data giving full details of their musical training. Shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview by the Academic Council. Selected candidates will be intimated.

Last date for receiving applications: June 14, 2014
Classes Commence: July 21, 2014.
Faculty include vidushi R. Vedavalli, Trichur Ramachandran, Prof. Ritha Rajan.
