CHENNAI: Tyagaraja theme concert

On August 24 and 25 in Chennai, vocalist Gayathri Girish will present a theme-based ‘Sri Tyagaraja Namaste’ concert at Tattvaloka Auditorium, Chennai. This twin-concert idea is based on the Vitanka Sthalas of Sri Somaskanda Tyagesamurti. Many of these shrines except in Tiruvarur, Tamil Nadu are not widely known.
