M.S. Subbalakshmi gold coins from Tanishq

Honouring legendry singer M.S Subbalaksmi, Tanisq has launched in India limited edition gold coins with her image engraved on them.
Two thousand special coins of 2 gm, 4 gm and 8 gm weights will be available at the Tanishq stores in the country.
The Price of the coins depends on the rate of the gold in the market and hence changes everyday. On April 26 the 2 gm coin cost Rs 6004.
This initiative is in aid of The Cancer Institute and the TAG – VHS Diabetes Research Centre, Chennai.
On purchase of a gold coin, customers get a book of memoirs on M.S Subbalaksmi’s life, a CD of her music and a photo of the legend.
