Remembering Madurai N. Krishnan

The students of Silambam Mylapore, an alliance of Shree Bharatalaya, a Chennai-based dance academy of Prof Sudharani Raghupathy are excited.
Their dance guru Padma S. Raghavan will be conferred the title Madura Kalamani by Kartik Fine Arts & Na Maargam Dance Company.
This will be followed by a Bharatanatyam recital of late vidwan Madurai N Krishnan’s compositions - by Sashikala Sriram, Sushmita Anand, K R Shriramya, Chandana Bhaskaran, Ananya Anand, Shreya Lakshmi, Sandhya Madhavan, Vaijayanthi Krishnan, Mira Ramakrishnan and Kirthana Krishnan
On the 17th of December 2015 at 5 pm At Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mylapore. Open to all.
