Dance fest hosted by Malavika Sarukkai

Senior Bharatanatyam dancer Malavika Sarukkai and her arts promotion body called 'Kalavaahini' is hosting a three-day classical dance fest at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mylapore from Dec.27 to 29, featuring two senior and well known artistes every evening.

Navia Natarajan and then, Aditi Mangaldas (Kathak) were listed for Dec.27, Bijayini Satpathy (Odissi) and then, Vijna and Renjith (Bharatanatyam), on Dec.28 and on Dec. 29, Margi Madhu's Kutiyattam and then, Bharatanatyam dancer Vaibhav Arekar and his ensemble to perform.

The recitals are at 6 pm and 7.30 p.m. and season tickets cost Rs.1200 for the whole fest. Call 89397 47412 / 99401 77787. Collaborated with Kartik Fine Arts.
