| Ananya's fest for young artistes / Bangalore |   | |||

| Ananya, one of the leading cultural organisations in Bangalore organised the Sangati Yuva Sangeethotsava from 14 to 18 May in Bangalore. This fest featuring young artistes in the field of carnatic music was held in association with BTM Cultural Academy, Sri Ramalalitakala Mandira and Sri Tyagaraja Gana Sabha Trust. Highlight of the fest was a vocal, instrumental and percussion ensemble by about 50 youngsters directed by musicians A.V. Anand, Neela Ramgopal, Suma Sudhindra and Kalavathi Avadhoot on the concluding day.
This was held at Bangalore Gayana Samaja. The 'Ananya Puraskara' was presented to vidwan A.V. Anand and the 'Yuva Puraskara' was awarded to Pushpa Kashinath, Jyotsna Srikanth, N. Amrit and B.S.
