Chennai based Mudhra, a cultural organisation launches the Mudhra Children’s Music Club. The club will hold a workshop on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10 am to 1 pm at Nungambakkam in which bhajans, slokas, devotional songs, classical songs etc. will be taught to students.

The club will organise periodical group performance by children, give regular guidance for aspiring and promising children and identify opportunities for individual performance. Children will also get to see live performances of various artists.

Interacting with other schools through quiz, panel discussions, music competitions, lecture demonstrations etc and organising music carnivals and exhibitions are other activities.

Musician Radha Bhaskar is the course director.
