Chennai based arts organisation Gana Mukundapriya honoured vocalist R. Suryaprakash with the title Ganamrutha Sagara on Nov. 29 at a function held at the Narada Gana Sabha.

N. Murali, president of the Music Academy presided over the function and musicologist Dr. V. V. Srivatsa inaugurated. Felicitations by eminent artistes was followed by a music concert by R. Suryaprakash.
